Once you have viewers who have registered to view one of your live broadcasts or recorded videos, you can take a look at the information they provided directly from your IBM Watson Media video marketing module.


Click on the name of the channel you wish to view captured leads for.

This will open up the channel settings menu. From the left hand column, scroll down and select 'Leads'.

From this page, you can see a list of people who registered for events on this channel, whether or not they watched the content, and if the content was live or recorded.

At the top of this list, you can also filter the list by date range, or choose to download the list in CSV format.

Once the CSV file is downloaded, it can be imported into your marketing automation or CRM system, or shared via email.
