If you are on an active subscription plan you will see the Customer Support phone number in your account dashboard. Phone support is available Monday-Sunday except U.S. Holidays. 

Monday - Friday, from 6:00am to 9:00pm Pacific Time

Saturday & Sunday, from 8:00am to 9:00pm Pacific Time

You can file an email support ticket here: Support Ticket Form. Please provide us with as much information as possible (account ID/username, account email address, channel/video info, and etc.) when in the support form. The more information we have, the better we can support you.
