How do I change my account password or email address?

To learn how to change the password or email address in your IBM Watson Media account, please scroll down to see instructions.

When you are logged into your account hover over your username and click the "Account Settings" link

Scroll down to the "Email" section and enter your new email address to change the email on file for the account.

If you wish to change your password, please scroll down and click on "Change password" 


Enter your current password and your new one in the boxes and click on "Save"
