Your use of the IBM Cloud Video ECDN service is governed by two agreements:
- The Cloud Service Agreement (CSA) document covers all IBM products that are delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). ECDN is SaaS delivered solution.

- The Service Description document describes the terms and conditions specific to the IBM Cloud Video Streaming portfolio of solutions. The most recent version of the document is dated 05-2017 and has been published in several languages.
